[Chrysler300] 300C/D Carbs

Just got my carbs back from rebuilding, and I am setting them  up.  I know 
the book says to "adjust the idle mixture screws for best  idle", but roughly, 
how many turns out from fully closed should there screws be  adjusted?  A 
ballpark number is what I am looking for.  McTaggart in  sunny Dayton, where the 
dandelions are in full  bloom.
