[Chrysler300] PVC cap

as an upgrade to my 300f engine rebuild I want to add
a PVC system. I am using the original Valve covers so
I am looking for a PVC cap from 63 or 64. I have seen
a photo of a 64 and there appears to be a cap that
fits over the valve cover outlet. I know later year
applications used a PVC that fit into a rubber gromet
that was set into the valve cover.

If anybody has one could they let ke know.
