[Chrysler300] bumps on 300C eims

I have 4 correct width ex 300C rims in my back room - checked last night and 
they have rough raised 'bumps' (more like a dag of weld, feel higher one 
side/edge)

Am going out to early car (no 40) now for more rusto resto, can check and 
see what it has - I believe the rims on this are, should be original - have 
a nice day.
