Our 62 300 is the Caramel color. 
Any decent paint shop that mixes and sells paint for auto mobiles, near you, should be able to mix a bit of paint and load it into aerosol cans for you. At least the old, lame shop I go to here in Long Beach, CA can do the spray can thing. They even had an original chip chart for the 62 Chrysler's. 

I would just call some Automotive Paint Supply Shops near you and ask if they can provide that service. Then bring in a color sample...

Good morning,

Engine and transmission rebuild has gone well (at least in the shop) and hopefully we can place them in the car shortly.

Has anyone identified an off-the-shelf spray can of paint closely matching the original carmel color?  I'm going to spray the firewall before putting the engine/trans in place and a slight color mismatch does not matter to me.
