[Chrysler300] 1962 Chrysler Power Window Hints

On my '62 300:

Best way to reattach the round clips holding the window to the arms?  I've sliced my finger open once. Maybe a socket the same diameter to aid in pushing the clip on until it snaps in place?

Best lube to use where arms ride on window lower frame?  I have the new leather washers that I have rubbed all over with bearing grease. 

Any helpful hints are welcome!
