One sources for the lap belts is- http://wescoperformance.stores.yahoo.net/seatbelts.html I've purchased from them and they are fine. Their hardware kits and some of the belts were priced significantly cheaper than Andover Auto. You'll notice that it gets a little confusing on the sites comparing the webbing, buckles and hardware. A little work will get you good stuff.
