[Chrysler300] 300H REAR SPRINGS QUESTION

Help! - how many rear leafs is there in the 300H
convert (or hdt). is the right side suppose to have
more leafs then the left side? I assembled 7 leafs,
both sides, but the front clamp band, of one
reassembled spring (I took spring apart so many years
ago along with others that I do not remember the
assembly or if I got all the leaf count), was still
loose so I stuck a short 12" half leaf to fill the
band. I stuck this (now 8 leaf count) spring on the
right side. The other spring, in which the clamp band
was fully filled with just 7 leafs, - I installed on
the left side. Today I installed the freshly restored
rear axial but holding off tighten it untill I hear
some comments.
Thanks in advance - Ken Wilson
P.S For those that contacted me about some parts a
week or two ago I will be a few weeks before I can get
back as I lost capability to retrieve my old mail or
send response and can not get to my email through my
browser. I presently answering current email via my
IP's sever+ will be gone from the computer.
