I agree with Warren (he's a pro after all); it's all but in your hand, why leave it alone? It's much easier to change it now while you wait than to have to do it later. Unless cost is a real problem, they aren't too much, so it's an easy repair/preventive maintenance. Check Double Roller Chains while you're at it.
