Our OK-Host (!) Rob Kern points out that the current edition of CA is on  
ebay with the 57 300C on the cover.  Should any of you want a copy, CA has  
offered me all I want at $5 each which is half price plus a buck for the mailing  
to me.  I'll bring as many to Lawton as any want if you will email me your
