Mercedes Benz Have a good leather cleaner/conditioner that I have used. You may also try GLYM or is it GLYN products sold at boutique auto supply stores. If it Crystalized it sound like it had a high sugar content,warm water may be the best to disolve what is there and then use the cleaner.
