[Chrysler300] Rene Kroeger - Your Honesty is 300 'ly Paramount

Hello 300 members,
  Tony Braams here in Australia and I urge any and all members to hold
back on buying any parts from Club member Rene Kroeger of Bondurant, Iowa.
  Incorrect and altogether missing parts were sent to me by Rene, either
by mistake or on purpose, that is an absolute fact.
  Rene has full evidence of his mistake, due to the Iowa Post Office
recording the as sent low weight of the ridiculously large package, that
he sent me. I have verified this with the Postmaster, they don' t lie.
  The exact same low weight package was also recorded here on delivery to
me, in an obviously untampered with package, as a double check regarding
 the low weight, for what I am saying has happened.
  The total weight of what would near be four [4] almost complete 57
Chrysler 300 taillight assemblies, just less the lower metal fillers and
less one pair of backup lenses, plus the packing to realistically weigh 15
pounds ? An absolute joke.
  Can a member offer a very close weight of these combined parts, as a
reference to the scale of the error ?
  As soon as I collected the package from the Post Office here, I knew
there was a very big problem. 1957 Chrysler taillight housings, plus
lenses are no flyweights.
  Rene' s total unwillingness to resolve this large problem with his as
sent just one pair of 56 Chrysler taillight assemblies, plus just 2
Globrite 57 Chrysler Red lenses, has been hard to accept, if he is a fair
man. They were also poorly packed, which I was dissapointed with also.
  The parts agreed to be bought and sent to me here in Australia has left
me out of pocket for around $200 U.S. or $300 Australian.
  I have quietly debated with Rene, several times by phone, with him
hanging up and asking me to Please never call him again, the last 2 times.
If he is telling people I am in a rage over the phone, it is a total lie.
  Yes, Rene is a long time standing Club member and probably thought to be
a good guy by many, also because he is well known and has moved cars for
many members.
  If he is a good guy I ask that nobody buy his parts until he offers to
clear up the issues that I and another Club member and his friend have
with Rene' s bad deals.
  Any other similar discrepancies of bad dealings, please forward to me,
for onforwarding to whoever is willing to examine this problem, at Club
level.
  Here is copied below, the jaw dropping response that I recieved from
another club member today [his name withheld for the present]. It was in
response to my list server message last week, of the missing parts, that I
thought may have been sent to somebody else, mistakenly by Rene.

" Rene is not an honest person.  He gave me the shaft and one of my best
friends got it worse than me.  I felt bad for my friend because i also
recommended Rene.  We tried to get the DA's office in his county to go
after him and they wouldn't do it.  He got my friend for over $ 400.
Sorry it had to happen to a new member.  Some members recommend him
because he halls there cars around for them. But I would never buy
anything from him. I'm still waiting for the day I can screw him back ".

  Now, of course, I am really questioning Rene' s honesty and am asking
any close proximity Club member of Rene to print this in full and
present Rene with the findings. Although that Rene did in fact claim
that he knows nobody with a computer, for me to send him pics of what i
recieved.
  How convenient that is !!!
  Maybe Rene thinks that he knows, who he can pull a swifty on, without
any harm to him, maybe he is honest, so let' s find out first, before you
possibly get hammered and fobbed off.
  Me being a shorttime club member and Rene a well known longtime member,
will make most everyone suspicious towards me, I know.
  I would like to say I conduct any dealings I have with full honesty, not
just at e'bay, my user name is - finnedmopar.
  I hope I can one day be involved in peaceable and friendly Club matters,
but unfortunately not tonight.
  I am hoping the Club see the need for this issue to be properly resolved.
  I think I am smelling a LARGE RAT, a ROTTEN EGG, or see a very BAD APPLE
in the 300 barrel. I have been quite unbiased for several weeks now,
with this problem, but am now seeing RED.
  I know this is a very serious issue and possible allegation, but these
are the facts, thus far.
  Two weeks ago when I believed Rene was honest I took him up on his offer
of me taking any legal action that I liked.  I told him that I could
send him a Statuatory Declaration by my Postmaster who is a Justice of
the Peace which was to support the evidence of the package being low
weight etc.
  That conversation ended abruptly with Rene hanging up the phone and
calling me a scammer.  Hmmm.
  Sorry for a large epic, but it is neccessary to explain to all in full.
