leaking heater core

Subject:  1961 Chrysler 300G with air conditioning
Current affliction: verified leaky heater core 
Question: how and where to get heater core repaired or replaced? 
 
My old-timer radiator shop guy tells me new cores are totally not available
for the air conditioning version. The one in this car is quite rotten.  So -
what do I do?  who to talk to?  who will make me another one? someone been
there done that?  HELP!
