Certainly the auction is fraudulent. Nice car, is it now pwned by a club member? I just saw the auction myself and reported it to eBay, stating the fact that the car is priced at 1/10 market value and the auction is open to pre-approved bidders only. Says it's a fantastic car for a "buy it now" price of $5,000 to pre-approved bidders. No VIN given. Seems the saying "if it seems to good to be true, it probably isn't" might apply here. Otherwise, that guy's driveway will be lined up tomorrow morning after the banks open. What's the deal?
