There is an interesting article about the legalities of having a valid Bill of Sale when buying over the internet which gives the purchaser and seller more legal rights in that it spells out who pays what, and when, and what happens if something goes wrong. I thought it would be interesting for all see and read. Perhaps Bryan Frank or Pete Fitch could weigh in with their thoughts, or maybe this is enough to get people to think about the commitments they are making with respect to buying a car long distance. I'm sure it isn't perfect, but it might be a start.
