The Problem: I needed some parts to finish my car. GG is hard to get ahold
of by email or phone. I don't have a fax.

The Solution: I created a word document containing his catalog number,
description of the part and price from the latest price sheet. I also threw
in about 20% for shipping. I indicated the make, model and year of my car,
as well as my return address and phone number. I also asked for a list of
his newest additions to the catalog.

The Result: Three weeks after I mailed out my request, I received the items,
including the requested list. He even returned $5, which was an overpayment
on shipping.
