I purchased two sets of key blanks from Jesser in 1999 for my "F". I took the blanks and the set of keys that I had to a locksmith for cutting. This is the only way to cut a set from Jesser's blanks because of the size of the blanks. According to the locksmith, the usual sources we go to, e.g. hardware store, Home Depot, etc, do not use the same sophisticated cutting machines that a locksmith uses and therefore cannot guarantee the new set will work. Both of my sets worked the first time and every time as the commercial says. By the way, it only cost me $1.50 per set for the cutting.
