[Chrysler300] 300-G Choke spring rod

Fellow Members,
   
  Was working on the carbs on my recently purchased 61G. My question is should both carbs have a choke/spring rod? On my car the left carb has one the right does not. Also we are looking for a source for a accelerator pump for unleaded gas. Tour feedback is appreciated.
