[Chrysler300] 300J with incorrect vin on Ebay

There is a car on ebay that the seller states is a 300J but it carries the
following vin: 8233210247

I believe that is a Newport or straight non-letter 300 vin.  Price is 12K or
so seems great at first.  Also, car has obvious replacement data tag.
