Hi club, I am helping someone with some minor restoration work on their 300E. There are several parts that I need that I fear are nearly impossible to get: 1) On the inside door arm rests (drivers and passenger side); there are plastic inserts that act as a guide for the door handles. Both in this car are badly cracked. Any idea of where I could find some replacement or NOS ones? 2) The rear fenders have curved trim above the wheel wells. Both pieces of trim are pretty badly beat up. I spoke with Jeff Carter and he says that the trim can also be found on New Yorkers and Desoto's (if I am remembering the conversation correctly). I need two pretty good ones that don't have dents and hammer marks. 3) The exterior door handles are very poor and while they might be able to be rechromed, if anyone has a set that are done, I would gladly buy them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
