  Google search for 'alloy wheel lug nuts' brought up Mr Lug Nut at Jegs.
  There is a mag wheel 1/2" (presumed RH) thd nut with a nose dia of  0.685" shown. I have seen tapered seat alloy wheels and wheels intended for use with flat seat nuts and special flat washers. Might be a course thread lug stud/nut somewhere but all I have ever seen are 1/2"-20 thd so will assume that's what Mr Lug Nut has available. Web page for Mr Lug Nut would be good thing to go looking for and maybe more choices. Also alloy wheel suppliers.
