[Chrysler300] finally got the numbers off uncles g

have unburied uncles g from the prison in his barn. the numbers on the door  
post are 13190061. theres also an 84 that is stamped the other way on top of 
the  other numbers, dont know if thats important. the car is complete, he says, 
but  is all torn apart and the motor is torn down and rusty. thinks he can 
get 18  grand for it.is that wishful thinking or what?
