A battery hold-down set for 1960--> Chrysler C-bodies, I believe, is available from Atlas Obsolete Auto Parts on eBay. It is a repro set, it appears. The set includes the battery bracket, the right side threaded rod, and two wing nuts. My "F" came (to me) with a smaller diameter rod and wingnut on the left side of the battery, but this wasn't connected to anything. There are a couple of holes in the fender apron in the appropriate location -- I'm thinking for a bracket of some sort to which the left side rod could be hooked to. Or... My question is: can anyone fill me in on how the left side of the hold-down bracket is anchored to the body, and who might have the necessary (what-ever-they-are) parts? Thanks.
