For members booking their hotel rooms early there is contact information below for the Eagle River Inn & Resort and the Super 8 overflow hotel.  In the next few weeks I'll send complete listserver info for members not able to attend the Springfield meet and also get meet info onto our website and in the Club publications.

The lady to talk to to make your room reservations is Babette Baltus.  Her set hours at the Eagle River Inn are Fri and Sat - 7am to 3pm.  Babette works at the Inn other times and also at the Super 8.  If you don't reach her at the Eagle River Inn nos. (715-479-2000 or toll free 866-479-2050) leave your name and number at Babette's extension 221 and she will call you back.
