[Chrysler300] Steering column parts 300F

Have sent my 300F steering box out to Steer & Gear for rebuild. There are two important parts I'm going to need for reassembly.
The combo turn signal cancel and horn contact has broken missing plastic or black bakelite. I presume this fits at least '60-62?
And the rubber insulator as shown in cross section in the '60 shop manual in the drawing on page 20 of the Steering Gear section #19 of the book. Fig. 23 shows the location of this sandwich style insulator. How many years used that insulator?
I haven't gone digging for the part numbers of these two items as yet - as if my local dealer would have them - but I know someone will.
