Wayne: The serial number on the drivers' side door post should start with 8423 on a real 300H. My '62 Sport ragtop (and all other '62 300's) has a serial number of 8223. I usually tell by the four bucket seat interior, but I suppose that those could also be ordered as an option if so desired. But I'll bet it would have cost you more to order the 4 bucket seats (Goers Interior option) in a "Sport" than to just go ahead and buy a real "H". My understanding is any and every H item could be added as options to the 300 Sport, right? So how does one tell a real 300H?
