Hi Randy,
 
The first ad points to a picture of one of Don Petty's former cars.  I found
this out through the list server as I had inquired about it almost three
years ago and was asked to pay a 'retainer' to the used car broker.  I would
be very wary of their site.  If you look at the list server archives, I
think you could probably track down the thread.  Don was not even aware that
his car was posted and was pretty angry when I called him and asked about
it.
 
Not sure where it went, but if you track down the posts, I bet the answer is
there somewhere.

Hello to all! After a couple of months away from the
forum and my search, I decided it was time to get
started again. Came across this ad while searching:

Now, I've come across this ad over the past year or
so. Did anyone in the club buy it? Does anyone know
of its current status (i.e. restoration, etc)? 
Thought it would be nice to hear a progress report!

Still looking for a 300 F or G coupe with air. Here

Has anyone spoken to the dealer to obtain additional
details (verification, condition, rust, price)? Would
