Now you might have a pin-hole leaker, its there, it's gonna leak again, the task before you is to localize it. There is a VERY good chance that you have a particle of something that is temporarily sealing up that pin-hole. It doesn't take much to seal up a pin-hole. thats why they used to sell a lot Bars Stop-leak and other products like it. If the spray was exiting the grill, there is a good chance it is in one of the cooling tubes. A Top or bottom tank seam popped generally can't spray easily past the radiator support to squirt 5 feet in front of a vehicle.
