All 300Fs came with the fan clutch.  Only the ones with air  conditioning 
used a shroud.  The shroud is of the two piece type, the same  as used on all A/C 
Chryslers.  If you need one, member Murray Park probably  could locate one 
for you in his salvage yard.  At least that is who I would  try first.
