Guys, thanks for the info on freeing the bumper studs, I removed the substitute painted panel and smoked out the remainder of the studs. New scenario: What is the correct connection on the block for the closed end of the ground cable for the 64 413 manifold bolt, or cylinder head threaded hole? Does the positive length drape across the battery and 90 degree towards engine?
