Vic, I assume that the '60 is the same as a '61. having said that, the canceling switch is on top of the steering column, in between the bottom of the dash and the fire wall. It is held in place with a single philips head screw and tab. It is a relatively simple plastic and metal piece. Richard >>> "Vic S." <vics@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> >>> Hello everyone, The directional switch on the car has jammed. Before I dig into the instrument panel, I looked up the wiring diagram and see that there is a separate canceling switch w/3 wires. One wire to the assy. side of the ign. switch and the other two to the signal terminal plug. I've looked in the service manual and parts manual for the location of the cancel switch, and can find no mention of it, except in the parts manual. Can anyone tell me where the cancel switch is located? Maybe behind the steering wheel where most signal switches live.
