Hi Mark, You can buy push rods in any length you want from Crane and other manufacturers. They even have a tool for measuring the proper length. I would think that later 383 push rods would fit? One thing to be aware of is that 1966 was the last year for the push rods with the indented tip to fit that hydraulic lifter. If you get newer style push rods, you may have to change over to the newer lifters.
