Hi Group, I was going to send my radio (#851 ? I am out of town and can't verify the number.) off to either be rebuilt or converted to a more modern configuration. I noticed that it has a little 4 prong receptacle in the rear of the case. Then something clicked and I remembered a little button that had been screwed to the floor near the dimmer switch with it's wire harness curled up under the carpet. I checked it out and sure enough it goes to the radio. I had thought it was for an after market windshield squirter that had been discarded. 1) Can anyone enlighten me on this radio and button combo? Is it super rare? I now figure it must be a station changer? 2) Are there any recommendations regarding where to send the radio and whether to have it modified, and if so, what to have done? Thanks, Bill Huff To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/ Yahoo!
