Hi Bob, Larry and All:
There are dimples for seatbelt front and rear locations.  At least  there 
were in my 300F (#146407).  They were quite easy to see with the body  completely 
stripped.  I had the resto shop drill holes at the dimples and  weld on 
anchors at that time. The 300F was not available with factory  installed belts.  
The 300H had a running change for standard front seat  belts relatively early in 
the model year.  It holds the distinction of  being the first American car to 
have seat belts as standard equipment----so far  as I know.

Believe it or not I have a scanned copy of the MoPar  dealer seat belt kit
installation instructions, and a photo of the  belts.  Evidently there is a
dimple in the floor pan behind the front  seats that marks where to drill the
hole.  The instructions do not  show anything about rear seat belts, only
fronts, but the 300F and G seats  are illustrated.  I will send you the info
in a separate email because  of our (sigh) restrictions on attachments.
