Hello 300'ly to all! The June issue of the Cars & Parts magazine features on the cover a fantastic Stardust Blue & Cloud White '56 New Yorker convertible. The inside article was quite peculiar. One third was spent discussing the New Yorker and the remaining 2/3 was discussing Chrysler's position in the domestic market in '56 and the 300B!! They must have had a paucity of information about the car or didn't have any ride/drive experience to proclaim. Also there was an excellent report regarding the value of '55 and '56 New Yorkers, all body types. It appears that the early Forwardlook cars are getting the financial recognition in the collector car scene. I agree with John Lazenby that the time is coming for the C-300 and B to take flight into the classic car priced stratosphere. Another very well written and photo documented expose was on replacing the dash pad on the '61 Windsor with a new Dubonnet Just Dashes product. I find it interesting how 300s always seem to be mentioned in a literary thread through many articles written about Chrysler.
