I went to Lowe's and bought a 4' piece of 3/4" pipe insulation.
Chopped off a piece long enough to cover the fittings that live in the center of the hose.
The foam is split down the center and has self adhesive tape on it.
It came in a dark color.
It fits slightly loose, but seems to do the trick.
On my '62's the foam is to protect the hose for where it rubs; not necessarily for heat protection.

Hi Matt, Mike, and All:
I was wondering what the suggestions might be on this.  Here in N. FL (and I assume AZ) we do use the foam pipe wraps to protect from the occasional freeze.  That is what I used on the "F", but it did not do too well with the heat where the PS hose goes over the left side ram next to the carb.  Mine is now pretty much "melted" away now.  Perhaps I got the wrong insulation.
