[Chrysler300] package shelf

I am currently fiber glassing the under side of the 64 shelf. It is a slow process to build the dges and fill the cracks. I think upon re-installion that the edges may have to be trimmed about 1/8 each side to slide into position.

The contour is good, and the shelf did not melt or react to the resin/catalyst mix. After trimming for fit, the edges may need to be sealed with resin.

The speaker grills that cracked and split may have to be cut out. I need to find a decorative
section for fill in. 7 1/2 x 10 1/2 dimension for the square hole.

best I can do for a 44 yer old fiber board. Has any one tried this before?

                                      300K-ly Dave
