  Thanks for putting on a great meet on the northern frontier!  You and Barb did an excellent job of organizing the meet and finding interesting places to visit.  Thanks to Cheryl for getting out and taking photos.  It was fun meeting  the members from Wisconsin and Minnesota and hearing the 300 stories from the past.  I really appreciate your efforts in contacting the members in the area and getting them to come out to the meet.  I met some interesting people, and learned that Guy Morice isn't the only one with an E from Chicagoland.
   
  This trip also provided the opportunity for me to dine on pasties and smoked trout as I traversed the U.P.  
   
  Please note that I returned home without any blackfly bites, so you can put those tales to bed...:)

I've just finshed sorting through all the materials/supplies/Club equipment and will send them to Maine and Doug in the next few days. Did anyone pickup the two 300 videos (prepared by Mike Meier) we had running in the hospitality room? I didn't find those. Those should be sent to Doug or brought to the Maine meet.

I really appreciate you coming out to our Club meet to welcome us on behalf of Eagle River.

All of our members who got a chance to meet you were surprised a mayor would come to say hello and welcome. I think it probably was a first for our Chrysler 300 Club.

I think many folks will be returning to Eagle River on their own and I would like to be host again in a few years for a Fall meet.

I just wanted thank you again for the invitation to the Chysler 300 Rally this weekend and also for all the work you did in bringing it to Eagle River and hosting it. Everyone I talked to Saturday was very pleased with all the itinerary and were enjoying their stay in Eagle River. 

I wish I had been up for more. If I could do it over, I would have brought my crutches, that would have extended my range considerably. Unfortunately, I didn't think about until after the fact.

Again I thank you for supporting the Eagle River area by stepping out and organizing this event. Great job!
