If you're talking about JC Auto Restoration, Inc in Lynnwood Washington, then No, I didn't have any problems contacting them.  They fixed (very excellent job) my radio and clock.  Both work great.  I didn't use the internet.  Their # is: (425) 672-8324.  Good luck
