  Most times, your cylinder is the 'core'' which means the company sleeves and rebuilds what you send them. And that is only if what you send in is fixable. For some applications that I have inquired about, a 'complete' was available. Vendor to vendor variations. I have used White Post Restorations but there are others to search out and check up on. Internet search would be suggested.  


  i would like a stainless sleeved unit for the c if they are still available.
