Hello Christopher... I checked and Chrysler is apparently supplying 300C  
kits to China.   Called CKD ( completely knocked down ) these kits  include many 
of the necessary components, some in assembly, others  requiring assembly in 
China.  China also mandates a certain portion of  local content to complete the 
car.  Chrysler did this with the Jeep  Cherokee for many years.  I hope this
