Hi Bob,  I have enough parts cars  that some of them has have to have what you  need.  How do you get them out?  I have a gentlemen who comes over twice a month to remove parts and fix everything I have had break in the last two weeks.  This is a substantial job as it includes carpenter items and the lawn mower blades.  Among the 15 parts carsl, I feel reasonably certain that there are some good ones as I know that many of the doors stay open wonderfully, even if you choose to close them.   For a 65 300L, this is about the coil springs in the door mechanisms that work with the "keepers" to prevent the door from swinging shut. 
  In the past I've been able to use old passenger side springs for the driver's with some success but my supply of those is gone. 
  Has anyone found a source for new springs? Perhaps a custom spring manufacturer.......or what chance would a fella have maybe at a hardware store?
