$50,000 may seem in the low range for such cars, but remember that it will take a lot of $$$ spend on parts and labour to bring these cars back to their former glory. The interiors will certainly be quite a challenge. You don't just wipe the dust off the dash and make it into the concours category in this case. Looks like lots of rodent damage so expect rodent's nests and rust in places where usally there shouldn't be...You can easily put 2000+  manhours in the restoration of one of these cars to bring it back to "higher status". 
I say buy 'em for the love of them, if you do it for the possible profit you may get later on, there is a risk of disapointment...
