I once replaced the wiper motor on a 72 Town & Country that when installed was geared exactly backwards. In the off position the blades were straight up on the window. When I checked with the depot, they indicated there were 4 variations of wiper motors. The person indicated they were designated by color or part number variations (blue, white, silver or gold or something like this). Only by taking the original motor unit in for caparison did I get the correct version. Perhaps someone can help in finding the correct version and come up with a correct part number. This probably does not help with the electrical problem, but might be a start. Beats driving home with a long arm scraper and the window open trying to stay alive during a sleet storm in the middle of the night (fond memories). John...
