Hello 300'ly to all! Can anyone comment on their experience with receiving, installing, etc. any of the C, D, E fuel tanks offered on E-Bay and via Al Kvatek of Valley Vintage MOPAR Parts in Brunswick, Ohio? The package of tank, sending unit, straps and J hooks with $35 shipping for a total of $438 sounds very reasonable. I have been chatting with Al over the past few weeks. These tanks and sending units are made in Taiwan. Al said many club members have been purchasing them. My concern is that they are only warranted against leaks for 30 days by the manufacturer. Also, it is not clear what the exterior color/finish of the tanks may be. Do the tanks have to be painted? The tanks are lined by a zinc coating process. Comments greatly appreciated. I'm very interested in purchasing the package.
