Sorry Matt...I can't answer your question, but I have a question on what you just did. My 62 brake light is also out. Was it a major deal to get to that bulb? I then looked at the switch and noticed the 46 year old wire had left it's housing. I have pulled off the small "bullet" looking connector. Anyone know if these connectors are still available? If not I will need to un-crimp the current bit of wire still inside the connector and crip a new stripped wire into it.
