The problem I have with this auction is the fact that they invoke the name of our club and indeed the name of our archivist, as a marketing tool for their car. First, I want to confirm that what the seller has written is an actual quote and not something that was taken out of context to suit his own needs. Second, I feel that the club should adopt a policy prohibiting the use of this data for commercial purposes. 'Verified as authentic by the Chrysler 300 Club' would be OK, however.
