Absolutely YES, and then take them off and fill the holes and repaint the quarters again.  This is the only way it will be factory correct per the data plate.

My Parade Green C was ordered w/dual antennas. The  code is stamped on the 
data tag...
BUT....it was then XXX'ed out and built without them!!

Im have a nice set to install on it when finished
BUT.....should I or NOT??
