[Chrysler300] Tag on AC compressor

Hi Group, 

Can anyone help me on a source for the small aluminum tag that is attached to the top of the AC compressor on a H? 

I had my car detailed Saturday prior to a local Concours, ( won 1st in my class), and all of the small red print got removed during the detailing process. 

If I can't locate a replacement tag, can someone send me a photo of one so I can have it reproduced on my blank tag?
