300F's do not have hood insulation; probably because of the louvered portion
of  the hood.

300G's have hood insulation which is held on by large clips which snap into
holes in the hood braces.

Hey Mike,
I need to install mine as well. Was going to use 3M 8001 "Gorilla snot"
weatherstrip adhesive. Would like to hear any other product options from the
club as well
