The numbers 3258 and 3259 are correct for the  1962 300H. 

They should work fine on the 413 in your E. 

Does your right exhaust manifold have the small hole that the heat tube connects to for operating the automatic choke on the back carburetor?

Greetings all. My 300E has later owner installed rams. At Mississippi Mopar show this weekend a vendor had two dual quad carbs, air cleaners, and intake manifold which may allow me to bring carb system back to something that looks stock, if not original to car. The carbs are part numbered 3258 and 3259. My '59 parts manual does not include those numbers ... are they from another model year? 
Any clarification would be appreciated, and you can respond off the list server.
