Hi David, The numbers 3258 and 3259 are correct for the 1962 300H. They should work fine on the 413 in your E. Does your right exhaust manifold have the small hole that the heat tube connects to for operating the automatic choke on the back carburetor? The carbs are part numbered 3258 and 3259. My '59 parts manual does not include those numbers ... are they from another model year?
